HOUSING
The conference will take place at the historic Renaissance Cleveland Hotel (24 Public Square), connected to Tower City Center and accessible on the Rapid Transit Red line. Reservations should be made directly with the Renaissance or with the hotel of your choice. To take advantage of the special conference rate, be sure to mention the Reclaiming Vacant Properties conference and make your reservations by September 19. After this date the official reservation block will be released and the hotel may charge higher rates.
Rate
Room rate of $109 is per room, per night and is subject to state and local taxes (currently 15.25%.)

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
The Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport is approximately 12 miles from downtown Cleveland. You can very easily take public transportation or a cab to the Renaissance; both take approximately 25 minutes.
Rapid Transit Train (Red Line)
The line runs every 20-30 minutes on weekdays. The Renaissance is on top of the Tower City stop. The one-way trip currently costs $2.25. Download a schedule.
Taxi
The taxi rate from Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport to downtown is approximately $33.
Drive
Self parking is available at the Renaissance for $15.
